Bio: I am a PhD candidate in English literature, with a hopeful focus in either Medieval or Early Modern Literature. I have a particular affinity for all research affiliated with the plague, with particular interests in the way disease changes and problematizes language. First and foremost, I am a Christian, eager to grow in faith by engaging in personal study and engaged intellectual questions regarding the faith. My reflections are influenced primarily by the Bible, but also by the glorious apologists and/or theologians C.S. Lewis, T.S. Eliot, John Donne, G.K. Chesterton, and Ivan Ilyn.
